The photo of the mountains in the background is an older one from DollarPhoto that I used from a cover I submitted on June 30, 2014. That photo is no longer available on the site, but I still hold the license to it: Dollarphotoclub_59075160.
I have a screen capture of my download if you would like to see it, but the web page for it no longer exists. Dollar Photo also said you are welcome to get in touch with them to ensure that I did purchase it.
